Our 8oz jar is the classic size, perfect for filling your home with cozy fragrance for hours at a time. With a moderate to strong throw, it brings the café vibe straight to your space without leaving home. Burn time lasts 40 to 50 hours, carrying you through many slow mornings and long afternoons with a book.

Each candle is hand-poured with soy wax and a cotton wick for a clean, steady flame. Packaged in a recycled glass jar, Reading at the Cafe is as sustainable as it is comforting. Light it whenever you crave the feeling of sipping coffee, savoring sweets, and losing yourself in a good story.

USE

Trim wick to 1/4" before each use.
Burn no longer than 2-3 hours at a time.
After use, cover with lid to reduce soot.

Reading At The Cafe is my all-time FAVORITE candle scent! I keep one on my desk, one by my recliner, and one in the kitchen. This mix of coffee and sweet chocolate pastry scents are perfect. It both energizes and relaxes me - amazing. I never let myself run out of this candle in every size.

Smells like heaven

I have this candle sitting open and not burning on my desk at work. It makes the space feel so warm and cozy. Absolutely one of my favorite scents. Even more fragrance when burned!!!

I found Frostbeard on Instagram and I’m so happy about that. The order I placed came the same week! I got a few candles but Reading at the Cafe was the first one I burned and it smelled so delicious. I love these candles. I stumbled upon them while looking for a gift for a fellow booklover and have come back to order again, this time just for me. This candle smells like the most cozy coffee shop that always has fresh baked pastries! Amazing product AND amazing customer service!

If I had to pick a favorite Frost Beard candle, this one would be the winner. Smells absolutely delicious! It is strong enough without being overly sweet.
And as a bonus, my kitchen has been seeing a lot more action since I can't fight off the desire to bake every time I light this candle.

Breathe Deeply and Smile

My favorite bookstore closed several years ago but the memories of time spent there is such a part of me. The cafe, the smell of books, of coffee, of baked goods. This candle brings the happiest of memories. The scent is lovely.

I love cozying up in my library corner with one of these lovely candles, my cat, and a book. I love that Frostbeard is local to my brother's family and that the care about their neighbors and the small business community in Minneapolis.

Better than Reading at the Cafe

The scent of chocolate and coffee surrounded me within a few moments of lighting this candle. Perfect for relaxation, even if I couldn't read at that moment.
The tin is attractive. The wick is thick and everything burned clean. A bit of smoke when I blew the candle out but even that smelled fantastic.

One of my favorites. Long lasting scent that is sure to please. If you like chocolate and coffee, this is your candle! Lovely

I was a bit disappointed with this one. It sounds like it will smell great, but the scent was very underwhelming. I think if they decreased the chocolate and increased the coffee it would be perfect. But that's just my opinion. Others may love it as is.

For the money I spent I thought the scents would be more complex, rich. Very disappointing
