Sam's Garden - 8 oz Jar

Absolutely love this scent. It is fresh and warm like home.

This candle smells like a less sweet version of Halfling Hills., or maybe a combo of Halfling Hills and Bookstore. Or a more powerful, outdoorsy version of Sherlock's Study. I will happily use it, but I am getting strong tobacco and soil scents, maybe some tomato leaf (this is probably what I'm getting as 'soil'), and not a lot of cucumber or rain.

This one smells a little too strong for me when it's not lit but when it's burning it's got a really nice spicy cucumber smell. It is very strong though and after a while it's almost overpowering. So I say enjoy it for a short period of time! It is nice and unique though, just very strong.

I no longer garden, but Sam’s Garden brings back such precious memories. It is a most unusual scent, but you have another winner!

Tomato vines abound! I haven't found the cucumber note yet, but I'm only 1/8th of the way through this 8 ouncer, and hopefully won't burn through the rest of it too quickly. Looking forward to enjoying the scents of Sam's hard labor this summer.

We have been starting a garden in our back yard and this smells exactly like our tomato plants! Walking into a room and smelling this candle brings the outdoors and our backyard into our home. It isn't overly strong just a nice, fresh, clean scent. Really glad I decided to try it!

The tomato vine cones in strongly in a good way.

Was very much looking forward to this one. I expected tomato leaf, some light cucumber, and light rain. This just smells like a generic rain fragrance from Walmart.

I was pleasantly surprised by this scent. The description peeked my interest and I am happy I pulled the trigger. Smells like a morning walk through a large garden after a fresh morning rain.

Smells like a Hobbit Farmers’ Market. The rain scent tempers the veggies nicely. Fresh and vibrant. Sauron would hate it.

I was so worried when I went to order another Sam’s Garden and it was not available that I wrote to Frostbeard about my concern. I was delighted with an immediate response that Sam’s Garden has been moved to the Spring Collection and I only had to wait a few days to reorder! This fragrance is one I did not think I would like on first sniff, but after it had burned a bit the smell of tomato leaves was so strong my mouth watered! This candle has a good throw and permeates my home with a fresh garden smell, which is precious in the city of Phoenix! I am definitely stocking up on Sam’s Garden while it is available and pray it never disappears permanently!

Kind of reminds me of tomato basil crackers in a fun way. I agree with others, a bigger space is best for this one. Good for warmer weather!

The name of this immediately caught my eye. I love burning this candle in the kitchen. The scent is pretty powerful, just like our hobbit hero.

I enjoyed the candle but didn't exactly feel "Sam's Garden", but when I sat it next to the Forgotten Garden candle they were great together!

It smells like the world's most perfect greenhouse, perfect for summer with the forward tomato vine notes that make you want fresh produce of your own!

This is such a surprisingly fresh scent! It’s very strong, so bear that in mind when placing it in a room. But it’s lovely and summery. My guinea pigs are convinced there are salad greens nearby.

Smells eerily like an actual tomato plant but I like it

The scent combination was everything I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was the rain scent which seemed sweet. Sadly, no tomato leaf or anything like a cucumber. My neighbor really liked it so it worked out!

I love everything about this candle from the theme to the color to the scent. Has a far throw, which I really appreciate. Smells like a garden, and smells great going into the last bits of summer. Can see myself buying this one again for my home or for a gift.

Love this scent! It smells exactly like crushing tomato leaves between your fingers. Fresh and green. Strong throw with the wax melts which I loved. Predominant scent is definitely Tomato leaf but the cucumber and rain add freshness to the green scent.

Not only is the scent of this candle wonderful but the strength of the throw is as well, and it's my new favorite! It's like stepping into the most perfect vegetable garden and saying ahhhh.

Smells just as advertised and expected. The leafy green vegetable smell is fresh and crisp and the rain undertones bring a nice brightness to balance it all nicely. Great scent.
