I have supported Frostbeard for years but I will not be buying from them anymore. I placed an order for Marsh Girl (and other candles) in July but never received my order. My credit card was charged and despite multiple attempts to request a refund, Frostbeard has never given me my money back or given me tracking information for my order. I did eventually hear back from customer service sometime in September, where they said there had been some issues with USPS - I was told the issues were addressed and was given an apology, as well as a promise that they would send my original order. It has been over a month since I was told they would "push this through ASAP!" and I still haven't received the candles from my July order. I have sent multiple emails since that initial response in September, requesting tracking information or a status update, and have not gotten a response. At this point I would just like a refund for my order that I never received, but so far my requests for a refund have also been ignored.
This is one of my favorites, and I ended up buying 5 in varying sizes before they disappeared to the 'vault'! I really hope this candle returns next year, and any time of the year, really. I will always burn this candle. It's like being lost in nature.

Halfing Hills is my usual go to, but Marsh Girl is my new seasonal fav! So fresh, and puts a smile on my face whenever I light it!
