This candle has a fresh sweet scent that fills a space nicely while burning. I like that the scent is sweet but not heavily floral or cloying. All in all very nice addition for the spring season.
I have never been in a Dragon's Lair but this is how I would imagine it to smell...not overly smokey - the blend of smoke and amber with the mist mixed in is a great scent. Another Frostbeard candle that I stop and smell even when not lit...Great that it is permanent now
I was delighted to see a couple candles based on The Winternight Trilogy! I love this scent. It's soothing and also uplifting with the hint of citrus. Just what Vasya needs after a journey on the Midnight Road.
Fresh and soothing. Not overly floral. This would make a good gift if you aren’t really sure of someone’s scent preferences.
This candle brought me so much joy! It smells almost exactly like a log cabin in the mountains with a wood fire going. The scent was strong enough to fill a room, but not strong enough to spread further than that. This one definitely makes it onto my favorites list!
I signed up for a subscription of wax melts and i have not been disappointed! Not only is it fun to wait and see what arrives, but I can share the second melt with my family who are also frostbeard fans! All lovely scents!
The product itself and packaging was fine but the scent did not carry even when I put a fresh wax melts on. The sense were pleasant but not strong enough for my liking.
So sorry the scents weren't as strong as you hoped! We recommend adding another cube of wax and letting them melt a while - if that doesn't help please email us and we can help with more suggestions!
This is such a light scent. It’s absolutely lovely. Birch Path and Wild Flowers. This candle was the April Candle of the Month, which I subscribed to at the beginning of the year. I really do look forward to receiving my candle each month. I also love being surprised by the scent that arrives. I’ve loved them each, even though I didn’t think I would enjoy maple syrup as a scent. When combined with the other “flavors,” it was perfect. I highly recommend the subscription.

I am not a fan of the odor of roses. I love this scent!!! It is so light and refreshing. Perfect for spring!
I say this with almost every new candle I try from Frostbeard - this is another new favorite. Great fresh smell - if you like Warlock's Duster you will probably like this as well - must be the Amber in each. Wish I would have tried this before it got sold out.. will be looking forward to when this one comes back.
I love candles so much and sometimes it’s hard to know by a description if you will like the candle scent or not, that’s where the fun of the mystery candles comes in! I’ve never been disappointed in any mystery candles I’ve received! Highly recommend all of FrostBeards candle scents! Such a great idea!
The Green Gables scent is light and sweet - one of my favorites from this company so far!
Took a chance on this one and fell in love. Cozier than it has any right to be, given the source literature.

There’s a flavor of ice cream I sometimes buy called blue moon. It’s blue and I’ve never been able to figure out what exactly its flavor is. This candle is the color of and smells just like the ice cream tastes! It’s the weirdest and loveliest coincidence and I love it.
On cold sniff, this definitely wakes me up. Very lively and energizing scent that I will be burning in my office in the mornings. Smells like sunshine. Don't know what the throw is yet, but my home office is not huge, so I am sure it will be great.
I ADORE this scent. Its spicy and warm. I live with my parents currently and they love it as well, which usually is a hard-fought battle. 🙃 Please never get rid of this scent!
Smells just like I'd imagine Narnia when the Pevensie siblings first cross through the wardrobe.
