This is a recurring order!
You will be charged every month until you decide to cancel. Shipping costs are charged separately. Subscriptions are considered pre-orders and will ship out at the beginning of each month. For more info, check out the shipping calendar in the tab below.

USE
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each use.
- Burn no longer than 2-3 hours at a time.
- After use, cover with lid to reduce soot.
SAFETY
- Burn within sight on heat-resistant surface.
- Keep away from kids, pets and all flammable objects.
- Discontinue use when 1/2" wax remains.

Check out our calendar below to see when you'll receive your first subscription box! We have a cut-off date on the 25th of each month. Place your pre-order by that date, and we'll ship out your first box on the 28th. If you start your subscription on the 26th or later, we'll ship out your first box a month later on the following 28th.
Subscription boxes ship out separately from non-subscription items. All deliveries are carbon neutral. We partner with a service that measures our carbon footprint and pays credits towards long-term solutions that remove carbon from the atmosphere.

It’s easy to manage your subscription through your online Frostbeard account. Login to access your subscription settings.
In your account, you’ll be able to manage your shipping and billing info with just one click. Change your desired shipping address or payment preference easily and securely. Canceling and re-activating your subscription can also be managed through our online portal. Subscriptions can be canceled or started up again at any time you wish.
