Winter Keep - Wax Melts

I got this with a couple others and am so glad I did! I'm not a GoT fan (I assume that's where the reference comes from?), but it's the perfect winter woods candle. Lots of tree, less bonfire, but who wants their house to smell like it's on fire? Totally love this one.

One of the best winter candles. It's a bit of irony that this candle smells like warmth and holiday, when it's origin winter is pretty much death to all. Excellent candle, though.

This smell is so warm and cozy! I love snuggling up with this candle. It's got a hint of a fresh struck match and then there is a beautiful layer of pine trees it makes me think snow is about to fall.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS CANDLE! The cool, crisp wintery evergreen mixes perfectly win the warm bonfire scent. This candle makes the winter feel less cold (I really hate cold weather! Haha!) I will have to buy more before the season is over. This candle is amazing! Thank you for making this scent!

This candle is amazing, magical and brings you to the home of Winterfell. It’s just how I imagined the way Winterfell would smell and be. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

These candle scents are amazing. Headmasters office, bookstore, and winterfell are my husband and my top favs but we also love oxford library and old books. Pretty much every one I’ve bought actually. Thank you for making such amazing smelling candles to capture the ambience of these special places, how cool! I carry them in my purse and smell them out of the cartridge at work sometimes too...just gotta get my fix for the hour sans wax melter.

This is probably the best candle I've ever purchased. The balance of the scotch pine and firewood scents pair quite nicely together. I am not a fan of strong flowery scents and I often have difficulty finding candles that don't fill my home with the chemical scent of aftershave.

It arrived packaged nicely and undamaged. Initially, I was disappointed at the size of the candle, as I feel it's on the small size for the cost I paid. However once I opened it, I was immediately transfixed by the wonderful smell it emulated. As a solid, the scotch pine is definitely the stronger scent with lighter undertones on firewood. Almost as if your standing in the middle of a snowy wooded forest and while you can't see the smoke, you can pickup the slight scent of a nearby campfire.

Once I lit the candle and allowed it to burn for an hour or two, I noticed the candle did emulate a lovely, although very light scent. While I was wishing it was a stronger fragrance, I was still in love. Since the candle was on the smaller size and needs to burn for a few hours to effectively disburse its scent, I grudgingly decided to use it sparingly.

A few days later, I received a candle warmer for Christmas and using it has amplified the scent of this candle beyond what I could've expected! It takes a while to heat up but once it does, WOW. My whole apartment is transformed into a Winterfell-wonderland. I no longer have to worry about the candle giving off the acrid burning wick smell and the warmer increases the "burn time" of the candle. I'm now using it a few times a week for hours and it has barely made a dent in the wax volume.

Using a candle warmer can transfix your experience into beyond what you could hope to expect. I went from absolutely loving the candle but feeling unlikely to buy again to being more than happy to continue buying from Frostbeard Studio!

It smells so good and it makes me want to curl up with a good book all winter. I also love that the website tells you what scents are used. Normally I don't like to but these things online but this is an exception. Will definitely be buying more!

A fresh snow smell with just a touch of cranberry. Unfortunately, the throw is very small.

I really love the scent, but it is very weak. You can barely notice it, even after burning for over an hour.

I received this as part of the 2025 Advent box, and it's one of several lovely evergreen-based scents that Frostbeard offers. The smokiness from the 'bonfire' side of the scent deepens the pine scent in a very satisfying way. It's a deep, outdoorsy scent.

I bought this candle for my brother who is always on the hunt for a simple evergreen candle. One that doesn’t have too many extra smells to it. At first he was worried the bonfire smell would be overpowering but was pleasantly surprised at how light the bonfire smell ended up being.

Just wish the scent was stronger. I had a lit one in my bathroom and, as long as the door is closed, it’s delightful. But, in a larger room, the scent is lost.

I've been buying this scent for years, since it was still called "Winterfell," and I love burning it on snowy days. You can really smell the fire/hearth/smoke, which is what I love about it. I only wish that it was in the winter collection so I could restock later in the season!

Game of Thrones in candle form! Very strong, outdoorsy scent evoking ice, cold, fire and woods (to my nose). Don't have a wood-burning fireplace? Light this one up! To my nose, this has excellent throw for those who enjoy strong scents.

Sounded like a very nice fragrance, however, it had a very strong smokey order which ruined the remaining fragrance. Would not order from you again. Too expensive for the lack of quality.

Definitely a great winter scent! It smells like a crisp white blanket of snow with the morning sun reflecting off it.
