Frostbeard does not issue refunds for damaged orders. They do not respond to emails or direct message, and they delete all unflaftering (but honest) comments on their social media posts so I know they see them and are just refusing to respond. I've been trying unsuccessfully for several months to get a refund for broken candles, and since they refuse, I'm also trying to cancel my subscription, but they refuse that too. They just keep billing my credit card against my wishes and sending me more smashed, melted candles that I do not want. Buyer beware. This business is a scam.
I didn't wanna leave a bad review, but I've emailed maybe 5 or 6 times about not receiving my past 2 candles of the month and haven't gotten a response (I've been checking my spam folder!). I suspect they went to my old address despite having changed it on the website, and having a brief exchange with someone via email updating my address that was never responded to. I still haven't gotten a response so I guess I won't get a refund or my candles. The candles themselves are nice, but I wish they had a better scent throw.

I just got the Tokyo Jazz Club candle and it smells amazing! Definitely my new favorite! The candle of the month is great and I love how securely packaged they come.
Some of their candles are great, others kinda suck. Give the ones you don't like away as presents.
