Cliffs of Insanity - 4 oz Tin

This candle puts me in the mood to read about pirates or sailing. One of my favorites.

The teakwood keeps this scent from being more earthy than sweet.

This is a nice clean scent that we keep in the bathroom, but not exactly what I think of as one of Frostbeard’s signature standouts. I love the title, it definitely drew me in, but I lean more towards the leather bound books, smoky & woodsy scents.

This is one that takes you directly to the beach, but not in a sickly sweet way. It's just the right amount of scent in my opinion. Very summery.

Unlike Iocane powder, this candle has a noticeable fragrance. Perfect for summer (or for dreaming of a vacation), it smells like a pirate’s cove, but in a good way.

This was my first time purchasing Cliffs of Insanity. It smells delicious and gives me a feeling of delight, just like watching the movie!

Inconceivably great fragrance, tropical and ocean-y and adventurous. Perfect color, too.

This isn't a bad smell, per se, but I can buy a candle that smells like a flower anywhere. This scent doesn't intrigue me.

For “insanity” it’s quite mellow and calming, like a beach house. Wonderful scent, I really enjoy this one

It's been a couple years since I last got this scent but it's just as good as I remember! Definitely recommend getting it if you like oceany scents!

So glad I tried this scent. I am not big on wood smells (except bonfires), but this is a beautiful soft scent and reminds me of sitting oceanside!

Fantastic scent

Last forever and smells so fresh!

The scent of this candle is so refreshing and clean. Definitely makes me think of climbing impossible seaside cliffs.

This scent reminded me of being on a boardwalk or a beachside shop. I do not think that this is the most unique smell, but it managed to be summery without becoming overpowering. I ended up ordering two: one for myself and one for my mother who loves both the beach and The Princess Bride.

Okay scent but not for me

Nice clean fresh scent that doesn't make me think of soap or laundry. Decent throw but could be stronger. All in all enjoyable.

I'm not usually a fan of 'beach/ocean' scents but the wood notes in this add a little spicy/musk that is perfect balance with the fresh mist notes. Wouldn't mind it being even stronger.

This candle is incredibly pleasant. I bought it just for the title, but it makes the house smell clean and comfortable.

I giggle when I see the title of this, but in all seriousness, this is a great beachy scent. I usually find summer scents too cloying but this one is pleasant and I have given it as a gift!

This candle is my perfect summer in a jar! For anyone who has read 'The Night Circus', this candle is the actual embodiment of the room where you smell jars and it brings back memories. It's a perfect day at the beach.

This is a nice fresh scent for summer. Would be a good candle for the bathroom.

The perfect summer scent. Reminiscent of the ocean, crisp and clean without overpowering. And the color makes it almost too pretty to burn.
