Old Books lets you enjoy the cozy aroma of your favorite novels without a flame. These soy wax melts fill your home with the gentle scent of aged paper, warm wood, and vanilla, creating the quiet magic of a library or bookstore.

Simply place a cube in your electric or tealight warmer. The melts provide a mild to moderate scent throw, ideal for apartments, classrooms, or pet-friendly spaces. They’re perfect for anyone who wants the experience of a candle safely and conveniently.

Wax melts are an easy and flame-free way to fill your space with cozy fragrance. To use, simply place one or two wax cubes into the dish of a wax warmer. Turn the warmer on (if electric) or light a tealight underneath (if using a classic ceramic warmer) and allow the wax to melt. As it melts, it will release its scent into the room.

You can enjoy the fragrance for several hours at a time! Just turn off the warmer when you're done, and the wax will solidify, ready for next time.

When the scent has faded, let the wax cool and harden completely, then remove it from the dish. You can pop it out using a spoon or paper towel, or warm it just enough to pour out the liquid. Dispose of the used wax and wipe the warmer clean before adding a fresh cube. Never add water to your warmer, and always follow the safety instructions that come with your device.

Processing time is usually 1-2 days and shipping time is determined by your choice of postage at checkout.

Love old books!

This puts me right into my favorite place - a used bookstore. Smells like the old paper & dust & the vanilla smooths out the “old” smell. It’s going into our little library-den.

I love Old Books!

I really do love old books. When I first found Frostbeard, this was my first purchase, and it didn't disappoint. It smells like snuggling up on a cozy chair in a time-worn and loved personal library. I try to never be without this candle!

not my cup of tea

I'm not a fan of this candle. I love the scent of old paper, but it isn't present in this product. However, the quality is excellent. I wouldn't buy this again.

Won’t buy again

This candle had no fragrance at all. I won’t be making another purchase with my hard earned dollars

The 2oz tin is meant to be more of a sampler, and won’t have the same scent throw as a larger candle size. Sorry if that wasn’t clear from the description. We use the recommended amount of fragrance oil in our candles, and due to the nature of soy wax they may have a milder scent compared to other wax types.

Not sure what I was expecting with Old Books, but the aroma of "aged paper, dust, and vanilla" just doesn't do anything for me. The scent is very light such that I had to put my nose very close to the flame to get a good whiff. A little disappointing, this one.
