Gatsby's Mansion - 8 oz Jar

So I got this to go with an anniversary gift and it smells okay but has real champagne smell that not my favourite . Recommend for others, just not my purchase

I bought two of Gatsby’s mansion 8 oz jar candles- I’m obsessed with the Great Gatsby, so I knew I needed one just to keep for decoration and one to actually burn! I love how creative this candle is, from the scent notes and the color it all ties back to Gatsby. I don’t know how else to describe the scent other than it smells like spring. It’s a perfect candle for this time of year!!

This candle has a light refreshing scent and makes the room feel happy.

I loathe this book, but thankfully this inspired scent is nothing like it- and amazing. It reminds me a bit of Zest bar soap (in a good way) and fresh sea smells. Very light scent of daisies, and I can definitely see the description of champagne.

Love sea breeze scent.

This scent smells like a summers day. I don’t know if I would pinpoint it as what I thought Gatsby’s mansion would smell like more what I imagine what the room smelled like when Daisy and Jordan are lounging around with all those sheets draped in the air. I say that in the kindest way possible. I love this scent it’s nice and airy and the hint of Daisy gives it a summer breeze scent.

Perfectly captures the book references

I purchased a few of these as gifts for my former English department colleagues who were getting ready to start reading The Great Gatsby: to a person, they agreed that the scent is perfect--especially that elusive, and easy-to-underestimate hint of daisy. The color is exactly the shade I visualize for the light at the end of Daisy's dock.

This is my favorite scent ever. It makes me think of spring and sunshine. Please never change it!

I bought the tester & found it had a strong, complex scent. It took a while before I got the sea spray, which was lovely, but the champagne scent came off as a bit soapy to me. Otherwise, it has a nice freshness about it.

I really love how light and sparkling this scent is. It has hints of the ocean but it's truly an invigorating fresh scent. I loved this one.

Gatsby is one of my fave books, and has now become one of my fave scents. This is the second time I have ordered this and I can't get enough!

Was worried I wouldn’t like it as much, as I don’t like champagne, but this wax melt gave a wonderful spring like scent. I still have a few more pieces left, and might get more

I was skeptical at first that the scent would be weak, and it is subtle, but also nuanced and complex. It’s lovely at first and then more and more intoxicating the longer it burns. Reminiscent of Daisy’s voice ‘sounding like money’ (excuse the imprecise quote from memory), the more I burn the candle the more fascinating and satisfying I find it. Definitely a new favorite!

Was not sure what to expect with this fragrance but it's lovely and somehow captures the vibe of the book perfectly!

Is zero stars not an option? I tried to get in contact with the "help" email on five different occasions, and still never received even a reply, let alone my two candles, which sucks because I was very pleased with my first order from Frostbeard.

A wonderfully atmospheric blend of scents, but the aroma when lit is surprisingly slight.

This does smell exactly what I would imagine "new money" in the 20's wanted their houses to smell like during parties. It is a fresh scent that travels the whole room. Highly recommend!

It’s so nice and fresh and makes you think of Spring. They did a great job on this one!

Hard to explain, but I mostly smell the champagne which is very sweet. The faint of the sea mist and daisy makes it sweeter. Smells more like a soda factory rather than what I would picture for the Great Gatsby. Maybe better for another idea for some type of candy or sweet themed novel such as a soda shop setting?
